Some of you have requested that I write "my story". So here goes. Please try to stay awake while reading. I moved to S.L.C. right after graduating from Bonneville. While there for only a couple of years I did some runway and photographic modeling including some t.v. commercials for car dealerships and other businessess. No biggie. Remember that song in the 60's that went something like this "If you're going to San Francisco, be sure and wear some flowers in your hair"? California Dreaming lyrics I believe. Well, I took it seriously. I went, and I'm still there. Just living the dream. I attended Rancho Santiago college and Cal State Long Beach. While there I started a stained glass business that I had for about 10 years. I drew up the patterns, cut the glass and built the windows and paid a guy to install them.It was great, I loved it. I graduated with a degree in Interior Design. Gay green (class of 64)...Glenn Green's sister, came to LA to help me celebrate for a week. During one of our "girl's night out" I met the love of my life. I was making windows at night and working as a designer during the day. In order for him to see me in the evenings, he had to learn how to build windows with me. He had an insurance business to attend to during the day.....he learned quick, we became a great team pumping out lots of windows for my clients. Everytime we completed an install, we would rush to our travel agent and buy plane tickets to some exotic place. We were gypsies for about 8-10 years just traveling the world.
